Stephanie Mack

Stephanie is a Physics PhD student using the latest computational and theoretical tools to understand and predict material properties on the nanoscale. She is passionate about working with policy makers to incorporate science in policy decisions and in science communication.

Marc Chooljian

Marc is a biomedical engineer with an interest in global health policy, particularly in the complexities of implementing engineering solutions to pandemic disease surveillance. A lifelong Californian and a product of the public school system, Marc is also passionate about reducing inequality in pre-college education, especially in STEM.

Kathy Shield

Kathy has always been interested in the intersection between science and policy. Her particular fascination is with finding ways to bring scientists to the policy table to provide evidence, data, and insight and to learn from policymakers themselves.
